Adding a New Task
1. Press Menu ( ) to access the main menu.
2. Select Tools ( ).
3. Select Task List ( ).
4. Select Options ( ) and press for Add New.
5. Enter the Task Description and select Next ( ).
6. Select the Due Time, Due Date, Priority (low or high),
and select Done ( ).
Adding a New Countdown
1. Press Menu ( ) to access the main menu.
2. Select Tools ( ).
3. Select Countdown ( ).
4. Select Options ( ) and press for Add New.
5. Enter the Countdown Description and select
Next ( ).
6. Enter the Time and Date and select Done ( ).
Note: If there are no existing tasks, the New Task screen is
automatically displayed.
Note: If there are no existing countdowns, the new countdown
screen is automatically displayed.
