Miscellaneous Commands
sys uptime: show the time since the system boot up.
sys date: show the current date and time
sys settime: set the current time
sys files config backup: backup configuration files
sys files config default: restore factory default configuration files
sys baud: set console baud rate
net ping: ping remote host
l3 route show: display the entries in the routing table
