Section 3: Call Functions
This section describes how to make or
answer a call. It also includes the
features and functionality associated
with making or answering a call.
Making a Call
1. From the home screen, enter the
phone number to call using the
numeric keypad and press
.
Answering a Call
You can answer calls with either the flip
open or closed.
To answer a call when the flip is in the
closed position; open the flip. The call
will be automatically answered.
Note: For calls to be automatically
answered when opening the flip,
the “Flip Open” option must be
checked. For more information, see
“Answer Options” on page 89.
To answer a call when the flip is already
in the open position; press
or the
left soft key Answer to answer the
call.
Press
or the right soft key
Ignore to send the call to voicemail.
Press the volume key, located on the left
side of the phone, to silence the ringer.
