Day view
When you select this option, you are taken to the Day view of the selected day with
any events listed. The following options are available when you press the Options
soft key:
•
View
: takes you to the Day view of the selected day.
•
Create
: allows you to create a Schedule, Anniversary, or Miscellaneous.
•
Send via
: allows you to send this event via Text message or Picture message.
•
View mode
: allows you to choose between Month view or Week view.
•
Delete: allows you to delete all events for a selected date, delete all events for this
days’ dates, or you can also delete all events.
Schedule
This option allows you to write memos to a schedule.
1.
Highlight the Schedule option and press the Select soft key or the
key.
2.
Press the Options soft key.
3.
Highlight the Create option and press the Select soft key or the
key.
4.
Enter the subject in the Subject text box then press the Down soft key.
5.
Continue to enter other information including Details, Start date, Start time,
AM/PM, End date, End time, AM/PM, Location, Alarm, before, Alarm tone,
Repeat and Until.
6.
When you are finished, press the Save soft key. Your Schedule information
is then saved to the Calendar.
Anniversary
This option allows you to record Anniversaries in your calendar. You can also set an
alarm to remind you of important anniversaries.
1.
Highlight the Anniversary option and press the Select soft key or the
key.
2.
Press the Options soft key.
3.
Highlight the Create option and press the Select soft key or the
key.
4.
Enter the occasion in the Occasion text box then press the Down soft key.
5.
Continue to enter other information including Date, Alarm, before, Alarm
time, AM/PM, Alarm tone, and Repeat every year.
6.
When you are finished, press the Save soft key. Your Anniversary
information is then saved to the Calendar.
