Making a Call

2. To join the first participant to the conference call, press
the Options soft key.
Press the Up or Down Navigation key to highlight Join
and press the Select soft key or the
key.
3. To add a new person to the conference call, call the new
person in the normal way and then press the Options
soft key.
Press the Up or Down Navigation key to highlight Join
and press the Select soft key or the
key.
Repeat as required.
Having a Private Conversation with One Participant
During a conference call:
1. Press the Options soft key.
Press the Up or Down Navigation key to highlight Split
and press the Select soft key or the
key.
Press the Up or Down Navigation key to select the
number you would like to separate from the conference
call and press the Split soft key.
Now you can talk privately to that person. The other
participants can continue to converse with each other.
2. To rejoin the conference call, press the Options soft key.
Press the Up or Down Navigation key to highlight Join
and press the Select soft key or the
key.
All of the conference call participants can now hear each
other.
