Phone Information

Your phone provides information specific to your phone, such as the phone number, memory
status, an icon glossary, your phone's software version, advanced information (channel,
frequency, etc.), and information about your account.

Press

> Settings/Tools > Settings > Phone Information.

The following information is available:

Phone Number/User ID displays your phone number and identification information. Press

to view your Phone Number/User ID, Memory Status, Icon Glossary, Version, Advanced, or
My Account
. Press DONE (left softkey) when finished viewing the information.

Lock Phone

When your phone is locked you can only receive incoming calls and make calls to 911, Sprint
Customer Service, or special numbers.

Locking and Unlocking Your Phone

Lock and unlock your phone by entering a four-digit lock code.

Setting Up Your Lock Code

Initially, the phone contains a default lock code (0000). The first time you access this security
feature, you will be asked if you would rather keep the default code or enter a personalized one.

Important!

It’s recommended that you change your code for security reasons.

1. Press

> Settings/Tools > Settings > Lock Phone.

2. Select Change Lock Code, and then enter and re-enter your new lock code.

Select Keep existing Lock Code to use the default code (0000).

- or -

Select Cancel to end the process without setting up a lock code.
