If one of the power supplies is connected but its LED remains OFF,
perform the following:
ˆ Verify that the power cord of the power supply in question is securely
connected to its connector and to the power source.
ˆ Verify that the power outlet has power by connecting another device to
it.
ˆ Try connecting the unit to another power source.
ˆ Try using a different power cord.
ˆ Check that the voltage from the power source is within the required
levels for your region.
Line Cards
To troubleshoot a problem with a line card, refer to the documentation that
was shipped with that line card.
