Secure the bandwidth expander

Move the ejector levers to the locked position and tighten the expander’s
two Phillips screws (see Figure 1 on page -5).

Verify the installation

Use the SHOW SYSTEM command to verify that the switch has recognised
the bandwidth expander. If there is no bandwidth expander entry in the
output, recognition has failed.

If recognition fails, repeat the installation process, paying particular
attention to steps 5 and 6.

If the reinstallation fails, see the SwitchBlade Hardware Reference, which has
further troubleshooting information.
