Power Sockets
The AT-RPS1000 has two AC power sockets. The upper AC power socket
(power socket A) provides power to one of the AT-RPS1000, which
provides redundant load-shared power to the gigabit switch that is
connected to the AT-RPS1000 using the upper AT-RPS1000 port
(AT-RPS1000 port A).
The lower AC power socket (power socket B) provides power to the second
AT-RPS1000, which provides redundant load-shared power to the gigabit
switch that is connected to the AT-RPS1000 using the lower AT-RPS1000
port (AT-RPS1000 port B).
NOTE
The upper power socket powers only the upper AT-RPS1000 port. The
lower power socket powers only the lower AT-RPS1000 port.
If you want to distribute the input AC power source across multiple,
individual circuit breakers, be sure to plug each AT-RPS1000 cord and
switch cord to outlets supplied by different circuit breakers.
