Function of the Unit
3.1 Commissioning
•
Check the engine oil, pump oil, gear oil (filling takes place at the works)
•
Connect up the starter battery
•
Fill with fuel (standard unleaded petrol)
•
Fill the water tank
– only use clean mains water
•
Set the pressure ball valve to CLOSED (recycling)
→ see Figure 1
•
Open the fuel valve on the engine (put it in the vertical position)
•
Start the engine (see engine operating instructions)
•
Allow to warm up for some minutes
•
Lead the hose with the nozzle into the pipe to be cleaned
→ see Figure 2
•
Set the pressure ball valve to OPEN
→ see Figure 3, increase the rotational speed

Service and maintain the engine, the pump, the gearbox and the trailer according the
manufacturers instructions.
Attention! Please take note of any further notes in the instruction manual produced by
the manufacturer of the engine, the pump, the gearbox and the trailer!
