Important Safety
Information

Use the following guidelines for safe opera-
tion of the unit.

• Read all instructions before using

equipment.

• Install or locate the equipment only

for its intended.

• Do not use corrosive chemicals in this

equipment.

• This equipment should be serviced by

qualified personnel only. Contact the
nearest Roundup authorized service
facility for adjustment or repair.

• Do not block or cover any openings on

the unit.

• The procedures in this manual may

include the use of chemical products.
These chemical products will be
highlighted with bold face letters fol-
lowed by the abbreviated HCS (Hazard
Communication Standard). See Hazard
Communication Standard manual for
the appropriated Material Safety Data
Sheets (MSDS).

• Do not clean this appliance with a

water jet.

Warnings

Be advised of the following warnings when
operating and performing maintenance on
this unit.

• If a chemical cleaner is used, be sure

it is safe to use on cast aluminum.
Observe all precautions and warnings
on product label.

• Chlorides or phosphates in cleans-

ing agents (e.g. bleach, sanitizers,
degreasers or detergents) could cause
permanent damage to stainless steel
equipment. The damage is usually in
the form of discoloration, dulling of
metal surface finish, pits, voids, holes,
or cracks. This damage is permanent
and not covered by warranty. The
following tips are recommended for
maintenance of your stainless steel
equipment:

• Always use soft, damp cloth for clean-

ing, rinse with clear water and wipe
dry. When required, always rub in
direction of metal polish lines.

• Stains and spots should be sponged

using a vinegar solution.

• Finger marks and smears should be

rubbed off using soap and water.

Installation

1. Remove unit and all packing materials

from shipping carton.

2. Open the large box. It should contain

the following items:
• Bun Box
• Information Packet

3. Remove information packet.
4. Remove all packing materials and pro-

tective coverings from the unit.

NotE: If any parts are missing or dam-
aged, contact antunes IMMEDIatELY at
1-630-784-1000 or in the U.S. or Canada,
1-800-253-2991 toll free.

5. Clean the unit with a damp cloth.

When placing the unit into service, do not
block or cover any openings on the unit.

Operation

The Roll Rite Bun Box is designed to be used
in conjunction with the Roll Rite roller grill. It
can be stacked underneath the Roll Rite unit
to provide easy access to buns as they are
needed. Simply load product into the cabinet
area. When product is needed, open the doors
and use tongs to remove the desired product.

Buns must be wrapped individually or in
multi-bun packaging while in the Roll Rite
Bun Box. Do not use the Roll Rite Bun Box to
hold unwrapped buns.

Maintenance Schedule

DaILY CLEaNINg

1. Remove all product from the cabinet.
2. Remove the front doors from the cabi-

net. Wash all parts in soap and water,
rinse in clear water, and wipe dry.

NotE: Do not tumble wash the front
doors.

3. Wipe the exterior of the unit with a

damp cloth or stainless steel cleaner,
then wipe dry with a clean, dry cloth.

4. Re-install the front doors and return

the unit to service.

NotE: Failure to properly clean and dry
the parts prior to re-assembly may result
in the accumulation of water/moisture
overnight. this may lead to damage of
the equipment finish and its accessories,
which is not covered by the warranty.

WEEkLY CLEaNINg

1. Remove all product from the cabinet.
2. Remove the front doors from the cabi-

net. Wash all parts in soap and water,
rinse in clear water, and wipe dry.

3. Open the doors of the cabinet and

wipe the interior of the cabinet with
clean, damp cloth.

4. Wipe the interior of the cabinet dry

with a clean, dry cloth.

5. Re-install the front doors and return

the unit to service.
