Diagnostic Log
The ADTRAN IP SoftPhone writes diagnostic information to a log file. This log file can be displayed by
pressing
F9
on the keyboard. The log is rather cryptic, but when having difficulties with the ADTRAN IP
SoftPhone, it may become necessary to e-mail the log to your administrartor, Service Provider, or
ADTRAN Technical Support representative. Figure 18 shows a sample output of the Diagnostic Log.
