Step 2: Turning on your Sony CLIÉ
Handheld for the first time
Opening the display panel
To operate on your CLIÉ handheld, set your CLIÉ handheld to the
“opened style” or the “turned style.” Here, the steps guide you to the
“turned style.”

Open the display panel until it clicks into place.
The “carrying style” changes to the “opened style.”

Rotate the display clockwise until it clicks into place,
then fold it over the keyboard.
Your CLIÉ handheld is now in the “turned style.”
