2 Charge the Portable Music Player

Fold out the support bracket, and place the cradle on a flat surface.

Connect the AC adapter to the cradle and then plug the power cord of
the AC adapter into an outlet.

Align the player with the cradle, and then lower it horizontally into the
cradle. Make sure it is firmly seated. The cradle and the player should
be aligned.
As soon as you place the player in the cradle, charging starts. An icon appears on
the display during charging. A full charge takes about six hours. If the player is
operated while charging, a full charge requires about three times longer. When the
battery is fully charged, the “Charging complete” message appears on the display.
Note
Charging via the USB port is not possible.
Push the bracket in until it
