“PMB” allows you to import images shot with the camera to a computer for display. Make a
USB connection between the camera and your computer, and click [Import].
Images on a computer can be exported to a memory card, and displayed on the camera.
Make a USB connection between the camera and your computer, click [Export]

[Easy

Export (PC Sync)] in the [Manipulate] menu, and click [Export].
You can save and print images with the date.
You can display images stored on a computer by shooting date in a calendar display.
You can correct (Red Eye Correction, etc.) still images, and change the shooting date and
time.
Blu-ray discs, AVCHD discs and DVD-Video discs can be created from movies in [AVCHD
view] imported to a computer. (An Internet connection is required when creating a Blu-ray disc
or a DVD-Video disc for the first time.) However, movies shot with the image quality set to
[AVC HD 28M (PS)] cannot be recorded to a disc in the same quality. Convert the image
using “PMB” before saving to a disc. DVD or AVCHD discs cannot be created from movies
recorded in [AVC HD 24M (FX)] quality. Save [AVC HD 24M (FX)] quality movies to Blu-ray
discs.
You can upload images to a network service. (An internet connection environment is
required.)
You can import photos and movies recorded with location and shooting direction information
to a computer and enjoy viewing them with a map which shows their shooting location (DSC-
HX9V only).
For other details, see (PMB Help).
Movies in [AVCHD view] are movies recorded with [Movie format] set to [AVCHD 60i/60p] (for
1080 60i-compliant devices) or [AVCHD 50i/50p] (for 1080 50i-compliant devices).
