Deleting an address entry

Tap an address you want to delete and press and hold the
Home /Menu
button.
The menu screen is displayed.

Tap
Delete Address
... from the
Record
menu.
The confirmation message is displayed.

Tap
OK
.
Tip
Tap for Save archive copy on PC and check it in the Delete
Address screen. Then the deleted data from your CLIÉ handheld is saved in your
computer when you synchronize your CLIÉ handheld with your computer
wirelessly.
To view the saved data in your computer, open the Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ
software, and select “Open the backup file” in the “File” menu of the “Address”
screen.
