Printing using IrPrint
6 Tap the Menu icon.
7 Tap IrPrint in the menu.
Note: If the IrPrint command does not appear in the menu,
IrPrint does not support the selected category or view.
8 If printing the To-Do list, tap Today , Tomorrow , or All to
select the records to print.
The
IrPrint Setup box appears.
9 Select from the available print options and tap OK .
The printer’s LCD displays Connecting when it starts
communicating with the device. Continue to keep the device
aimed at the printer’s infrared port while the printer is
receiving the file ( Receiving ). When the files begins
printing ( Printing ) you can move the device away.
Note: If the Palm device is moved out of range of the
printer’s infrared lens at any time during the printing
process, the printer will stop printing and await additional
data. If you realign the devices within approximately 3 - 30
seconds (depending on the device), the print job will
resume.
