Using multiple Automated
Attendant Systems

When multiple Automated Attendant
Systems are used, you can choose a
particular extension to be the primary
Automated Attendant System. The
Automated Attendant System which has
the shortest Automated Attendant
System answer delay is going to be the
primary Automated Attendant System.
When the primary Automated Attendant
System is turned off or busy, other
Automated Attendant Systems answer a
call.

Note:
L

To avoid more than one Automated
Attendant System trying to pick up a
single call at the same time, you must
program the Automated Attendant
System answer delay with over two
seconds between them.
