6. Start Up Instructions
6.1 Overview
Once all electrical connections have been made, your DLC-XP/RC is ready for Start-up. This can be
completed in 9 simple steps.
W HEN POWER IS SUPPLIED TO THE UNIT , LINE VOLTAGE IS PRESENT ON THE F IELD W IRING
B OARDS OF BOTH THE DLC-XP AND DLC-RC EVEN WHEN THE M OTOR IS OFF.

D URING S TART - UP , IT IS NECESSARY TO START THE PUMP MOTOR . T HIS WILL CAUSE FLUID TO
DISCHARGE FROM THE PUMP . T HE USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFELY DIVERTING FLOW FROM
THE PUMP DURING START - UP AND CALIBRATION .
