• Water safety system:

During operation, constant control of the water prevents any overflows.

• Spin safety system:

Your washing machine is fitted with a safety system that restricts the spin

when poor load distribution is detected.

In this case, your washing may be insufficiently spun. Redistribute your

washing in the drum and programme a new spin.

• Anti-foam system:

Your machine can detect when too much foam is being produced during

spinning.

At such times, spinning stops and the machine drains.

The cycle then restarts, adapting the spin rates and possibly adding an

extra rinse.

• AUTOMATIC SAFETY SYSTEMS

• Lid opening safety system:

As soon as washing commences, the lid on your machine is locked.

When the cycle is finished or when the machine has stopped with the

drum full of water, the lid unlocks.

If you have selected a delayed wash, the lid remains unlocked throughout

the waiting period until the cycle actually starts.

If you wish to open the lid during the cycle, press button «Start/Pause»

briefly and wait 1-2 minutes for the safety system to unlock the lid.

Important:

Depending on when you wish to open the lid during the cycle,

this time delay may be a little longer because a cooling down period

may also have to be included.

In fact, to avoid your being severely burnt, the lid safety system will

not open during the cycle unless the temperature inside the machine

is below a certain threshold.

• Programmed emptying

(Diagram D19)

With your appliance switched on, enter the distribution system setting mode

by pressing the «Temperature» and «Spin» buttons at the same time.

Then press the «Dose-e» and «Intensive» buttons at the same time.

The duration of the emptying phase is displayed in the «Remaining time»

zone and the emptying phase starts immediately.

NB: If at the end of the emptying phase, you notice that there is detergent

remaining in the tank, programme as many additional emptying phases as

necessary.

Warning:

If you want to clean your tank thoroughly, when it is completely

empty, put water into it and then empty programmed.

• EMPTYING THE LIQUID DETERGENT TANK

You may have to empty all or part of the liquid detergent tank.

— You want to empty a very small quantity of detergent, for example,

you are changing detergent and do not want to mix the new one with the

remainder of the old one (even if the tank level is below minimum, there is

always some detergent remaining in the distribution system).
In this case, you have the option to programme emptying.

Warning:

In this case, the detergent is discharged by the emptying hose

to the sewer system.
