socket. Lock unit in place by sliding lock collar
into the top of the socket and rotate clockwise.
Check to make sure stanchion is secure in the
socket .

2) This light has been designed to function in a 2 or

3 pin bow socket. There is a rocker switch on
the bottom of the spotlight assembly that is used
to cycle between 2 and 3 pin wiring configura-
tions. The red/green navigation light will turn on
when the switch is in the correct position for
your boats wiring configuration.

NOTE: The boat’s bow socket is typically on a

“switched” circuit. Please make sure this circuit
is powered on when trying to use the light.

BULB REPLACEMENT

TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR GOBEE™

Power requirements: This product requires a mini-
mum voltage of 12V and requires at least 5.5—6
amps to function. 7 amp fuse recommended.
If the power receptacle is wired correctly and the
light will still not activate with the remote, the boat
wire may not be the recommended gauge. Golight
Inc. recommends a minimum of 14 gauge wire; 16
gauge may or may not be sufficient depending on
the total length of wire.
