Swans Diva 6.1HT

Most noticeable about all the speakers in the Diva line is the “floating tweeter” mounted on top of the front and center channel cabinets.

It has been our experience that this “floating tweeter” improves the sense of spaciousness in many musical pieces. Normally, with con-

ventional speakers, you achieve this effect by moving the speaker out into the room away from the walls. In the real world however,

this is not always possible. So this floating tweeter technology works well when you do not have that option.

Located just below the tweeter on the front speakers is a 6-inch midrange driver. This is a wonderful driver. The yellow cone material

is a combination of Kevlar© and cellulose that excels in lending a naturalness to the human voice or to instruments, particularly piano.

The two 8-inch metal cone woofers on the lower half of the front speaker give punch and authority to the bass. They are lightning fast

giving explosive scenes dynamic punch.

The C3 center speaker incorporates some interesting technology. Directly below the floating dome tweeter is a compact 2-inch fabric

dome midrange unit. The same midrange dome is used very successfully in our upscale models, the F1HT and F2HT.

The natural sound from this combination is exceptional. The two 6-inch woofers on either side of this array lend an authoritative tone

to male voices.

The surround speakers are a work of art. Sculptured in a semi circular design they are a dipole configuration and are very effective at

creating a convincing surround environment.

Last but not least, the look. Rosewood veneer and a piano black lacquer top that you can see your face in. The Divas look as real as

they sound.
