5.5.2 Connecting the Ethernet Port to a Network Hub (Straight-
Through Cable)
You can connect the Ethernet port of the VS-44FO to the Ethernet port on a
network hub or network router, using a straight-through cable with RJ-45
connectors.
5.6 Configuring the Ethernet Port Initially
To initially configure the Ethernet port, download the K-UPLOAD Ethernet
configuration software (from the Kramer Web site at
http://www.kramerelectronics.com ). Extract the file to a folder and create a
shortcut on your desktop to the file.
To configure the Ethernet port:
1. Double-click the desktop icon.
The K-UPLOAD screen appears:
