9007080006: Meat Probe Replacement Instruction Sheet
In order to replace your meat probe please follow the instructions below:
1. Unscrew all screws connecting the meat probe wire along the upper left and back walls.
2. Slightly bend back the tabs holding the cord and remove the cord.
3. Disconnect the control panel and unplug the meat probe connection (the smaller one).
4. Pull the cord out from the smoker. Meat probe will come out last.
When replacing, you’ll have to put meat probe through hole first, as the connector end is too
large to go through insulation.
Place cord back inside tabs and bend forward against walls and replace all screws.
