To assure the receipt of the proper replacement parts,
supply your serviceperson with the following information:

Model number of equipment.
B.
Serial number of model (stamped on nameplate)
C.
Part number, part name, and quantity needed.
NOTICE
Minimum billing is $50.00 Net.
