IMPORTANT: Do not use a 5-volt AC adapter (included with the Kodak EasyShare

camera dock or printer dock) to power your camera.

Battery safety and handling

Do not allow batteries to touch metal objects, including coins. Otherwise, a
battery may short circuit, discharge energy, become hot, or leak.

Turning the camera on and off

Turn the Mode dial from Off to any other
position.

The Power light turns on. The Ready light blinks
green while the camera performs a self-check,
then turns off when the camera is ready.

To turn off the camera, turn the Mode dial to
Off.

The camera completes operations that
are in process.
