AC adapter or USB cable is not
securely connected.
Too many applications running
on computer.
Camera was removed from the
dock during picture transfer.

Transfer button was not
pressed.
Cannot view camera LCD
screen when the docked
camera is turned on.
Red light (blinking)
Battery is not properly loaded.
Battery or connector pin is
damaged.
Camera and battery have been
exposed to extreme
temperatures.
No lights
Camera not properly seated.

Computer off.
AC adapter not connected.
Rechargeable battery not
loaded.
Poor battery life
Dirt on battery contacts.

Battery is exhausted.

Check the connections.

Close all software applications
and try again.
Replace the camera on the
dock and press the Transfer
button.
Press the Transfer button.

Unplug A/V cable.

Reload battery.
Load a new battery.

Slowly return to room
temperature.

Fully close the camera’s access
doors and covers. Replace
camera on dock.
Turn on computer.
Check power connection.
Load a Kodak rechargeable
battery.

Wipe the contacts with a clean,
dry cloth.
Refresh Ni-MH battery.
