When a DIMM status LED is lit in amber, it indicates that the corresponding memory module is overheated.
The following illustration shows the memory modules and their numbers.

Solid off The server is running at a normal
temperature. Ambient temperature

Solid on (amber) The ambient temperature is below
7°C (44.6°F) or over 40°C (104°F). Check the BMC for errors and
run the diagnostic programs. See
