Install
system
in
rack
To
install
the
system
in
a
rack,
do
the
following:
1.
Lift
the
storage
server
and
align
chassis
with
the
mounted
rack
rails.
2.
Tighten
the
rear
screws
on
both
the
right
and
left
side
of
the
chassis.
3.
Pull
the
chassis
out
until
it
stops
(about
40.64
cm
or
16
inches).
4.
Tighten
the
front
screws
on
both
the
right
and
left
side
of
the
chassis.
Return
the
storage
server
to
its
home
position.
5.
Secure
the
storage
server
to
the
rack
by
tightening
the
captive
fasteners
on
the
front
of
the
rack
handles.
Complete
Setup
To
complete
setup,
do
the
following:
1.
Re-connect
all
peripheral
devices
and
the
AC
power
cable(s).
2.
Turn
on
the
storage
system.
