If necessary, this function also prints data in the ID & Print User Box. For
details on ID & Print, refer to the User's Guide [Printer Operations]
supplied together with the MFP.

Press [Access], and insert the CAC/PIV card into the authentication unit
attached to the MFP.

Enter the PIN code and to log into the MFP.

Press the [User Box] key, and then [Use Document] - [System User
Box] - [Encrypted Document User Box] - [OK] - [PKI Encrypted
Document User Box] - [OK].
A login user's print data list is displayed.

Select the desired data, and press [Print].
– Press [Delete] to delete the selected data.
– Press [Document Details] to view detailed information on the se-
lected document.
