5.10.12 Application - Annotation
Scanned and saved document data can be printed or transmitted with an image of the date/time or an an-
notation number.
Selecting the Annotation User Box
To use the Annotation User Box function, scanned data must be saved in the Annotation User Box in ad-
vance. Annotation numbers are specified for each User Box. Select the User Box to save the data.

5.10.13 Application - Stamp/Composition
Date/Time
Prints the date and time data that has been printed on a page.
Item Description
[Date Format] Select the format to display the date.
[Time Format] Specify whether to add the time, and select the
format to display the time.
[Pages] Select whether to print the date and time on all
pages or the first page only.
[Print Position] [Print Position] Select the print position.
[Fine-Tune] To fine-adjust the print position, press [Adjust Po-
sition]. Specify the shift length of the print position
to the left, right, top or bottom using a value be-
tween 1/16 and 1-15/16 inches (0.1 and 50.0 mm)
