Object Types
The following 9 types of objects can be created with the
“Network FAX Cover Page Editor”.
■ Variable Data
Inserts specifi c data from address book when
sending FAX.
■ Text
Inserts text
■ Image
Inserts image
■ Illustration
Inserts illustration
■ Straight line
Inserts straight line
■ Free line
Inserts free line
■ Rectangle
Inserts rectangle
■ Round rectangle
Inserts rounded rectangle
■ Circle
Inserts circle
Note
• Inserts and text are also handled as objects.
• There is no limit to the number of objects that can be cre-
ated but it is dependent on the available free memory on
PC.
Object Attributes
Attributes, such as line types and patterns can be set to
objects.
Attributes that can be set to all objects
■ Kind of line
The line type for object frame can be selected
→ Solid line
→ Dotted line
→ One point chain line
→ Double-deshed line
→ None
■ Width of a line
The line thickness for the object frame can be
selected.
→ Solid line 1
→ Solid line 2
→ Solid line 3
→ Solid line 4
→ Solid line 5
■ Fill Patterns
The pattern within the object frame can be selected.
→ Right slash
→ Horizontal and vertical lines
→ Diagonal crossing lines
→ Left slash
→ Horizontal lines
→ Vertical lines
→ Clear
→ White
→ Black
