In the [URL] field, type the device's address in one of the following
formats:
smb://[workgroup name]/[print server name]/[device's share name]
smb://[print server's IP address]/[device's share name]
If the computer that you are using belongs in the same Windows (SMB)
workgroup as the My Print Manager server, you do not have to type the
[workgroup name].

In the [Name] field, type the name that you want to use for this device.

From the [Print Using] popup menu, click [Select Printer Software], and
select the printer driver that you installed.

Click [Add].

Initialize the printer driver options according to the environment that
you are using.
