3.3 How to use the Finisher
Using an optional Finisher, you can easily staple printed sheets at a corner. This function is useful when pre-
paring a project proposal or other booklet materials.
To staple sheets, align their corners to the Finisher.
NOTICE
When repeating stapling, wait for three seconds or more after the first stapling has been completed to load
the next sheets in order to prevent the internal temperature of the Finisher from increasing.
Tips
- Up to 20 sheets (plain paper 90 g/m
2
) can be stapled at one time.
- If the Finisher does not function, turn this machine off and on, then reset the Finisher.
- Paper on which an image without margins has been printed will not be stapled because the sensor can-
not detect it. Do not load paper on which an image without margins is printed.
