ID & Print Settings
You can specify whether to use the authenticate and print function if this ma-
chine is performing the user authentication or account track function. (De-
fault setting: OFF)
ID & Print “ON”: All the general print jobs and ID & Print jobs from the regis-
tered user are saved in the ID & Print User Box.
ID & Print “OFF”: The ID & Print jobs from the registered user are saved in the
ID & Print User Box. General print jobs are output without being saved in the
ID & Print User Box.
Public User “Print Immediately”: Public user jobs or jobs without user au-
thentication information are printed without being saved in the ID & Print User
Box.
Public User “Save”: Public user jobs or jobs without user authentication in-
formation are saved in the ID & Print User Box.
