NOT REGISTERED
No speed dial destina-
tion or group dial desti-
nation is registered.
Otherwise, no destina-
tion has been registered
with the specified speed
dial or group dial num-
ber.
Directly type in the destination
address for the fax data, or regis-
ter a speed dial destination or
group dial destination and try
specifying the destination
address again.
REDIAL ALL FAILED
All redial attempts failed
because either the recip-
ient’s line is busy or
there was no answer. Check the condition of the recipi-
ent’s line, and then try sending
the fax again.
THE PARTY IS FULL
The maximum number
of 236 destinations for
the fax data has been
reached. Send the fax, and then try scan-
ning again. Otherwise, delete
unnecessary destinations before
adding the desired ones.
WRONG NUMBER SET
The specified setting is
incorrect. Check the specified setting.
WRONG PASSWARD
The password is incor-
rect. Check the password, and then
specify the correct one.
REGISTERED! GROUP
This error message
appears if a group dial
destination was selected
from the favorite list
when specifying a recipi-
ent for a fax being sent
using the On hook key. Select a recipient from the favor-
ite list that has been programmed
with a single destination.
