Use alphanumeric characters (including some symbols) for the
Sender Name and Default Subject. Using other characters will corrupt
the characters for the e-mail destination. For details on characters that
can be entered, refer to the magicolor 2490MF Printer/Copier/Scanner
User’s Guide.
Text Insert Select whether or not the previously specified text is
inserted into the body of the e-mail message when using
network scanning.
If “ON” is selected, the following text is inserted as the
body of the e-mail message.
text_attachment_tif:
Image data(TIFF format) has been attached to the email.
We recommend you use a program like “Imaging for
Windows” to view the file.
If “OFF” is selected, only the scanned image is attached,
and no text is inserted into the e-mail message.
Choices: ON, OFF
Default: OFF
Apply button Applies the configuration settings for this window.
Clear button Resets all configuration settings for this window to their
user defaults.
