6. CARE AND CLEANING

Clean the appliance after each use.
Always use cookware with clean bottom.

Scratches or dark stains on the
surface cause no effect on how
the appliance operates.

To remove the dirt:

1.

Use the cleaning powder or the
cleaning pad.

2.

Clean the appliance with a moist
cloth and some detergent.

3.

Heat the hotplate to a low tempera-
ture and let it to dry.

4.

To keep the hotplates in good
shape, regularly rub in a sewing ma-
chine oil. Polish off the oil with ab-
sorbent paper.

For stainless steel edges of the
hob use the cleaning agent for
stainless steel.

The stainless steel edge of the
plate can change the colour as a
result of the high temperature.

The stainless steel can become dirty if
the temperature is too high. Because of
this do not cook with the stone pots,
earthenware pans or cast iron plates. Do
not use the aluminium foil to prevent
damage to the top during operation.
The Stainless steel parts wash with water,
and then dry with a soft cloth.
