Take pictures by overlapping
the edges of the images.
• A maximum of 10 images can

be connected.

Press the Menu button to
cancel the Panorama mode
and Menu.

Note:
• The Panorama mode is available only when an Olympus brand Standard

memory card is used.

• Turn on the LCD monitor before pressing the Menu button in order to

select the Panorama mode.

• Do not move the Zoom lever after shooting the first picture to avoid

problems with picture assembly.

• The flash cannot be used in the Panorama mode.
• Because the focus, the exposure, and the white balance are determined

by the first picture, do not shoot overly bright/dark subjects such as the
sun in the first frame.

• Use of the SQ mode is recommended to save memory.
• Panorama images must be assembled on a computer. Follow directions

carefully for the supplied panorama application to successfully assemble
panorama images.

• When a picture is taken in the TIFF (non-compression) recording mode, it

will be recorded in the SHQ (JPEG) mode.

Overlap the left end of the picture with the right end
of the previous picture (when shooting to the right).
