Protected pictures cannot be erased. Cancel protection before erasing protected
pictures. Once erased, pictures cannot be restored. Check each picture before
erasing to avoid accidentally erasing pictures you want to keep.
• When erasing the pictures in the internal memory, do not insert the card into the
camera.
• When erasing the picture from the card, insert a card into the camera in advance.
• Use the arrow pad to select the picture, and then press
i to mark 9 on your selection.
• Press i again to cancel the selection.
• When the selection is completed, press S.
• Select [YES], and press i.
• Select [YES], and press i.
This changes the image size of a picture and saves it as a new file.
You can save your favorite still pictures as other ones for browsing only.
A maximum of 9 pictures can be saved as MY FAVORITE pictures.
• The registered pictures cannot be erased by formatting.

• The registered MY FAVORITE pictures cannot be edited, printed, copied to a card,
transferred to or viewed on a computer.
