Press the OK button in shooting

The first menu is displayed.
Press to go to the record
mode settings.
Press or to select SHQ,
HQ, SQ1 or SQ2.
If you selected SHQ, HQ or SQ1, go

g step 4.
If you selected SQ2, go to g step 3.
Press to display the SQ2 setup
screen.
Press
or to choose an
image size and press the OK
button.
Press the OK button.
The selected record mode is set.
