the wild ride of an 8-hour trip.
My camera worked so fast. 3fps. It had to.
Rain caused the river — and us — to move swiftly.
I was in another raft, careening along, shooting
away with one hand, while holding on for dear life
with the other. I still can’t believe I got these shots.
And I can’t believe my camera didn’t end up
floating down the river.
