Your registration will help us providing you with speedy service should you
need to have your product repaired under warranty and it enables you to
receive news about essential updates, driver revisions, details about new
products and special offers to help you get the most from your Toshiba
product. Please therefore do not forget to inform Toshiba by updating your
registration data on the same website under the registration details lookup
in case of any product relocation.

Once your registration details have been received by Toshiba, the warranty
status of your product can be checked at any time at the following website:

www.toshiba-tro.de/unitdetails

This warranty is only valid for the product for which it was registered. The
product is warranted rather than the owner.

Obtaining Warranty Support

This limited warranty may be enforced in any country within Europe, Middle
East and Africa where Toshiba or its Authorised Service Providers offer
warranty service. The current list of countries and Service Partners can
always be viewed under the Toshiba Global ASP locator:

www.toshiba-europe.com/asp-locator

Only Toshiba Authorised Service Providers are entitled to perform warranty
repairs on your Toshiba product. In order to ensure the best performance of
your product, we recommend using these providers also for out-of-warranty
repairs.
Before contacting Toshiba, please:

Check if your product is charged or connected to mains and switched
on correctly.

Reset your product to its original configuration by removing the
accessories and external connections. Please remove recently installed
software programs, as they may have caused problems. Unplug any
remote storage devices or other peripherals and remove any CD/DVDs,
power cords etc.

Consult the User’s Manual for important tips on how to operate and
troubleshoot your product.

You can also find important tips on how to operate your product,
troubleshooting and software updates on our support website:

www.toshiba-europe.com/computers

This website allows you to view a number of FAQs (Frequently Asked
Questions), download up-to-date software patches and drivers, as well as
having access to a range of extra support advices, software updates or
diagnostic tools, some of which are not part of the Toshiba warranty and
may incur an additional charge.

To obtain support, please check the ASP locator and contact your nearest
Toshiba Support Centre or Authorised Service Provider:
