Problem Procedure
USB device does not
work Remove the USB device from the convert cable
and reconnect it to ensure it is firmly attached.
Sound system

Problem Procedure
No sound is heard Adjust the volume.
Check the software volume settings.
Please check to see if system sound is muted.
Check to make sure the headphone connection is
secure.
Wireless LAN
If the following procedures do not restore LAN access, consult your LAN
administrator.
Problem Procedure
Cannot access
Wireless LAN Make sure the tablet's Wireless communication
function is on.
If problems persist, contact your LAN
administrator.
Bluetooth
Problem Procedure
Cannot access
Bluetooth device Check to ensure the tablet's Bluetooth functionality
is set to on in All Apps -> Settings -> Wireless &
networks -> Bluetooth.
