To adjust the loudspeaker
volume during playback.
Press – to decrease the
volume.
Press + to increase the
volume.
New message indicator
If you have a new message stored on
your answering machine, the
ANSWERING MACHINE button light on
the base flashes to alert you. This will
still happen, even when the answering
machine is switched off.
To play back messages
Press the PLAY/PAUSE button.
Or
If you have set mailboxes:
Press BACK to play messages
on Mailbox 1.
Press PLAY/PAUSE to play
messages on Mailbox 2.
Press FORWARD to play
messages on Mailbox 3.
During playback:
Press BACK to repeat the
current message.
Press BACK twice to skip back
to the previous message.
Press FORWARD to play the
next message.
Press FORWARD twice to
skip forward to the message
after next.
Press PLAY/PAUSE to stop
playback.
Press DELETE to delete the
current message.
