The R 926 crawler excavator is a product de-
signed to withstand major stresses. Molded steel
parts strengthen the excavator at strategic points
for difficult applications.
ROPS Structure The cab is fitted with a roll-over protection sys-
tem, which allows the operator to work in the saf-
est possible environment.
A robust undercarriage The strength of the undercarriage lengthens the
service life of the machine. Liebherr-France SAS
selects high quality materials for building the
undercarriage and can meet the needs of all its
customers by offering a large variety of X-shaped
undercarriages. Furthermore, the larger openings
between the track carriers and the central part of
the undercarriage do make them easier to main-
tain, as do the steps on the vertical side of the
track carriers.
Quality process Liebherr-France SAS is ISO 9001 certified. The
quality process begins with the design of the
product and ends with its manufacture. This
leads, as an example, to the selection of the
best materials on the market. Then several in-
spections are regularly carried out during the
manufacturing process to fulfill this quality ob-
jective.
