Accessing the Answering
Machine or Call Director from
another telephone

You can call your Ultimate 106 from an outside
telephone to operate the answering machine or to
access messages in your individual Call Director
voice mailbox.

You need a 4-digit PIN number to access the
Answering Machine.

In program mode.

If new messages have been received,
when you lift any handset the dialtone
changes to a higher pitch. The LED on
the Ultimate 106 will also be illuminated.
