"The Ultimate" Provides Flexibility
Optional griddle plates are ideal
for sauté vegetables, stir-fry,
blackened meats and breakfast
menu items. Two types are
available — an 11" wide, lift-off,
removable griddle plate with
handles that sits directly on
standard broiler grates, or a 30"
in-line griddle plate that is used in
lieu of standard top grates.
Griddle Plates
Optional single or double tank
caddy on casters with handle
make moving and re-fueling as
easy as it gets. Tank caddy
conveniently attaches to
bottom of broiler when in use.
Single tank caddy
accommodates one 40 lb. LP
tank while the double caddy
accommodates two, 40 lb. LP
tanks. Tank caddy may not be
used with optional
undershelves — use side-
mounted tank brackets only.
Propane Tank Caddies
Side-mounted LP tank bracket(s) are
supplied standard with base models. The
CBBQ-30S comes with one side-mounted
bracket, while the CBBQ-60S comes with
two. Side-mounted tank brackets
accommodate 20 lb. LP tanks. Tanks are
sold separately and are provided with
hoses and regulators.
