Step 4
Attach cart base to right legs. Insert
four M6 X 12mm bolts through cart
base and into legs and tighten
securely.
NOTE: With the help of a friend, turn
the cart to its upright position.
Step 5
Attach front panel to legs using four
M6 X 12mm bolts.
