Use the unit
exclusively in
the household
and only for
the intended
purpose (see
"Intended
use"). Damaged units
should be
taken immedi-
ately to the
nearest
BODUM
® SHOP
or authorized
Bodum
® dealer
for repairs.
Only operate
the unit with
the rated volt-
age indicated
(see label on
base of unit). Always place
the unit on a
dr y, stable and
horizontal sur-
face. Always allow
the unit to cool
down before
cleaning. Switch of f the
unit before
removing the
plug from the
electrical out-
let. Always pull
only on the
plug and never
on the cable.
